TEAM WEST MEETING

All units are encouraged to attend this meeting
Turn in of Charter Renewals, Unit Ccommissioners will be
available to answer questions and review charters,
addionally the following program areas will be
represented - camping, advancement and training will be
available to assist the unit leader in any questions that
they may have.
There will be a presentation from the District Leadership
in presenting The Goals and Strategies for 2011. This
presentation is a must see for all unit leaders as this will
outline our organization structure. Members of the
councils Key 3 will be in attendance.

Camp Kingsley, Ava, New York
- $6.00 per Scout (Early Bird Registration before 28 February 2011)
- Adult leader fees are waived for this event.
- $8.00 per Scout (Late Fee Registration after 28 February 2011)
- Registrations due 4 March 2011, no-walk-ins at the time of the event.
- Troops can camp on Friday and Saturday night, cabins are on a first come first serve basis, lean-to campsites are available as well. Webelos are welcomed to attend on Saturday, 12 March 2011 if sponsored by the Troop.
- Leader Guide and sled instructions will be available 28 January and will be sent via email.

 Gold Nugget Derby - NEW DATE
Saturday, March 26, 2011
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Activities include: Snow snakes, sledding, ice sculpture & painting, snow fort making , obstacle course, snow tracking, snowshoeing, cold weather first aid instruction, arts & crafts, trading post and guest speaker from the sled dog association (to include real sled dogs & demo). Great fun with your Scouts in the snow at Camp.
